Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday and for your peace of mind, we use leading UK couriers.
To follow are details of the delivery services available and the express option available:
Standard orders are normally ready for dispatch within 4 working days from approval of your artwork.
They are then dispatched via insured standard courier delivery which can take up to 2 working days depending on the time of dispatch and your delivery location.
Please note that this is a non-guaranteed delivery timeframe service.
Pre-12pm Delivery Surcharge
For a small additional fee, we can upgrade your delivery to a pre-12pm service.
Should you need your order delivering before lunchtime on your delivery day, then for a small additional fee, your order can be upgraded to a pre-12pm service.
This surcharge will not speed up your service – ie. whether you have selected our Standard or Premium Express service then the relevant turnaround times will remain the same. This surcharge simply requests delivery by 12pm on your delivery day.
Although this is stated delivery timeframe service – ie. before 12pm on the designated delivery day and you can be assured that we will always do all we can to get your order to you on schedule, as we use external third party couriers, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that our couriers may encounter.
We know that many customers need their big cheques at very short notice and so we also offer a Premium, Express service.
Our express service ensures that orders are normally ready for dispatch within 2 working days from approval of your artwork (artwork approval is required by 2pm Monday-Friday. Approvals received after 2pm may be processed the following working day).
Your order is then dispatched via express courier delivery on a next day service which should mean that you have your order the day after.
As a rule, providing speedy approval of your proof, express orders will be with you within 3 working days depending on delivery location. Please note that this express, priority service attracts a surcharge which is clearly highlighted in the checkout process. If you require our express service AND a pre-12pm service, this is an option in the checkout when selecting your delivery choice.
What Does The Premium Express Surcharge Cover?
The express service surcharge ensures that your order is pushed to the front of the queue.
Once we receive your order confirmation and cleared payment, we begin get to work on your artwork straight away – ahead of any other artwork that is currently with our design team.
Your artwork proof is then urgently sent to you and once approved, your order is pushed right to the top of the print queue.
Once printed and quality control checked, your order is then dispatched straight ahead of standard orders using a next day delivery service rather than a 1-2 day standard service.
This means that in most cases you have your order within 3 working days rather than the standard 5 working days.
We make sure that your high quality presentation cheque is well packed to protect it in transit.
Your cheque will be carefully hand-wrapped in protective bubble wrap and then this is double-wrapped in reinforced cardboard packaging to keep it safe.
In addition, we have recently introduced a policy to use some recycled packaging. This is in line with our commitment to the environment and by reusing cardboard materials, we are aiming to reduce our reliance on new materials wherever possible.
Please note however, that we always use new packaging for the external protection of your order but some cardboard used to protect your order within the outer packaging may have been used before.
Your large presentation cheque will be delivered by one of our carefully selected leading UK couriers.
Our preferred delivery partners are TNT Express and ParcelForce and your order dispatch confirmation email will include full online tracking details to allow you to check the status of your delivery.
Deliveries can take place Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and at any time between 8.30am and 6pm and you will be required to provide a signature upon receipt.
In our experience many of our corporate (business) customers report morning / early afternoon deliveries are most common, however please note that unfortunately we have no control over specific courier delivery times. The online tracking facility often provides more information that we have to hand and we suggest that you follow the link(s) within your order dispatch confirmation email for up to date delivery information.
As your order will need to be signed for, we request that somebody is available to take delivery of your large printed cheque.
We regularly send our large presentation cheques and oversized novelty printed items across the UK, Europe and indeed right across the world.
We work with specialist, leading international couriers and as a result offer great value shipping to most global locations.
Please note that international shipping does mean that our lead times are a little longer that normal and will depend on your individual shipping location. Full details of the likely delivery timeframe will be provided along with your quote.
Please contact us with your international delivery requirements before placing an order and we will happily provide you with a quotation for insured courier delivery to your location. Then should you wish to place an order, we’ll set up your shipping destination within the checkout.
Delivery issues are very rare and the vast majority of all orders are delivered on time. We pride ourselves on our commitment to getting your order to you quickly.
Please note that as we use external third party couriers, whilst we endeavour to meet our stated delivery timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that our couriers may encounter. If you have a particular deadline in mind, please let us know and we will do all we can to ensure that your order reaches you for this date.
In the very rare instances that our couriers experience difficulties or delays making a delivery, they will either leave notification of their attempted delivery or one of our team will contact you using the contact details that you provide at the time of placing your order.
